主要从事科研工作
真菌病毒多样性及其与寄主互作,致力于利用真菌病毒控制作物菌核病的研究,发现核盘菌等植物病原菌群体中含有丰富的病毒资源。
学术成绩
解析了十余种新真菌病毒及其分子特性,发现SsMYRV4和SsPV1等具有控制作物真菌病害的潜力,发现新型卫星RNA及病毒间基因水平转移事件。近5年以第一作者或通讯作者在Annual Review of Phytopathology、PLoS Pathogens、Journal of Virology、Virology、Journal of General Virology等期刊上发表病毒相关论文14篇。先后主持国家自然科学基金、霍英东教育基金会高等院校青年教师基金等7项真菌病毒相关的研究课题,获国家授权发明专利13项。
