1988.07 –1995.09,在南京奶业集团南京乳牛科学研究所工作,任兽医师与科研培训办公室主任,从事奶牛疾病防制、乳及乳制品质量控制、非蛋白氮饲料开发等领域的研究、管理与推广应用工作。1993.8-12 在荷兰国际农业中心培训奶业管理。
1998.07-1999.11 , 南京农业大学动物医学院任讲师,从事兽医微生物学与免疫学领域的教学与科研及推广应用工作。
1999.12-2003.02, 南京农业大学动物医学院任副教授,硕士导师。从事兽医微生物学与免疫学领域的教学与科研及推广应用工作。所开本科生课程有“兽医病毒学”“病毒学”“动物保护概论”“鱼病学”等,研究生课程有“病毒学实验技术”。另任研究生支部书记与研究生辅导员。
2002.01-2003.02, 在美国宾夕法尼亚大学兽医学院微生物学实验室做博士后,研究课题为鼠沙门氏菌1型菌毛与鼠伤寒树突状细胞相互作用的研究。
2003.3月-至今,华中农业大学动物医学院工作,华中农业大学农业微生物学国家重点实验室固定人员,2003年11月晋升为教授,2004年被聘为博士生导师。从事牛传染病及人兽共患传染病的科研、教学与技术推广与咨询服务工作。
科研成果
科研方向
主要从事牛传染病和人兽共患病防控理论和技术研究,研究领域涉及兽医流行病学和病原学、致病机理和免疫机理、新型疫苗和诊断技术及其产品的研发等,研究的主要病原有:牛分支杆菌、牛支原体、牛传染性鼻气管炎病毒、牛病毒性腹泻病毒、沙门氏菌等。
学术成绩
从事动物结核病和牛传染病防控相关的基础和应用研究。近五年来,先后主持了公益性行业(农业)科研专项(首席)、“973”课题、国家自然科学基金面上和国际合作重大项目等20余个科研项目;发表论文84篇,其中SCI论文35篇;出版专著16部,其中主编《牛结核病》等相关专著6部;获授权专利8项(含结核病相关专利4项);制定国家标准3项和地方标准7项(含结核病检测技术国家标准2项和地方标准2项);主持完成的“人与动物结核病新型特异诊断试剂”等获湖北省技术发明二等奖等省级奖2项和武汉市科技进步一等奖1项。研发了牛结核病诊断试剂盒等多种试剂盒及多种新型牛病疫苗,获新兽药注册证书(二类)3个。产品转化给6家生物制品企业,共主办了九届全国牛病防制研讨会,组织技术培训50余次,促进了牛病防控技术的推广和应用。
