研究方向
利用遗传学、分子生物学以及生化手段研究植物与植物寄生线虫互作的分子机制。主要利用大豆-大豆孢囊线虫以及水稻-拟禾本科根结线虫为研究对象,筛选利用新的抗性资源,克隆鉴定新的抗病基因并对其抗性机理进行深入研究。深入开展线虫侵染大豆的分子机制研究,阐明线虫效应子的作用机制。
