研究方向

研究方向:药物化学生物学、结构生物学、药物分子设计。

课题组综合应用结构生物学、分子生物学、生物物理化学和计算模拟等技术方法,研究有望成为药物靶点的蛋白和核酸,阐明它们致病的结构基础与分子机制;并在原子分辨率水平上,揭示药物靶点蛋白和核酸与配体(包括药物)的识别机制,结合计算模拟和药物合成,开展基于结构和基于疾病网络的农兽药小分子设计。
