科研成果
1. 科研方向
细菌和古菌无时无刻不面临着病毒和质粒等外源遗传物质的入侵,为了应对这些威胁,它们进化出了各种各样的免疫系统。其中,获得性免疫系统具备序列特异性的核酸识别、切割功能,例如CRISPR-Cas9,从而被广泛应用于基因编辑、基因表达调控、核酸检测等领域。本课题组的研究方向包括(1)解析微生物免疫系统(包括CRISPR-Cas和argonaute等)应对病毒和质粒入侵的机制;(2)开发基于微生物免疫系统的应用技术。
2. 学术成绩
长期从事嗜热古菌中III型CRISPR-Cas系统的核酸干扰机制,发表SCI论文十多篇。研究成果解析了III-B型CRISPR-Cas系统的DNA干扰和信号分子介导的RNA干扰的分子机制。
