学术成绩
1. 聚焦新发传染病防控的应用基础研究
(1)伪狂犬病:分离鉴定了猪伪狂犬病变异毒株,研究其致病机理;研究了伪狂犬病毒作为活疫苗载体的特性,研制了伪狂犬病gE-ELISA血清学鉴别诊断试剂盒,是市面上唯一的国产试剂盒;研制了猪伪狂犬病新毒株灭活疫苗。为猪伪狂犬病防控提供了新技术与新产品。
(2)猪病毒性腹泻:持续开展分子流行病学监测,分离鉴定了与猪腹泻有关的猪流行性腹泻病毒和猪轮状病毒,分析了新毒株毒力增强的机制,研制了IgA-ELISA试剂盒,用于评价黏膜抗体。
(3)猪圆环病毒病:分离鉴定猪圆环病毒2型,以组学技术研究其免疫抑制机理研究;进而研制了灭活疫苗,获得新兽药注册证书,应用于国内养殖场;监测到猪圆环病毒3型的流行。
2. 围绕猪场细菌病流行现状,重点开展副猪嗜血杆菌病流行病学监控、病原分离鉴定,构建不同突变株,研究了其致病机制。
3. 以具有资质的诊断实验室为依托,为国内外猪场提供诊断与防控技术服务。承担政府委托的疫情监测任务。
2008年获得湖北省科技进步一等奖,2012年参与获得国家科技进步一等奖(第5),2016年获得国家科技进步二等奖(第3)。本人2019年获农业农村部农牧渔业丰收奖(贡献奖)。制定了2项国家标准。
