科研成果
科研方向
1. 昆虫微生物组。主要研究昆虫病原与共生微生物组及其与宿主昆虫互作、协调进化规律;昆虫病原与共生微生物遗传改造与微生物农药研发。
2. 害虫发育繁殖行为、免疫的分子机理研究与转基因昆虫研究。
3. 园艺与城市害虫绿色防控技术及智能化信息与专家系统研发。
学术成绩
长期从事昆虫微生物组与发育繁殖等分子机制及害虫绿色防控技术的研究,发表SCI论文近100篇。近5年来的研究工作主要集中在实蝇性别分化、发育繁殖和免疫的分子机制及与共生微生物的互作机制方面:系统研究了橘小实蝇肠道微生物多样性、群落组成及其功能与稳态调控(The ISME Journal, 2016; Plos pathogens, 2020);建立橘小实蝇RNAi和CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑技术平台并以此为基础阐明发育繁殖与免疫重要基因的功能,阐明了实蝇性别调控的分子机制,明确及其性别决定关键基因(tra)和miRNA的功能(Nature Communications,2020),为转基因品系构建奠定了基础;阐明脂肪酸合成与代谢通路调控橘小实蝇对RNAi的免疫耐受机制。此外,积极研发害虫绿色防控技术:国际上首次成功发现了柑橘大实蝇的性信息素,研发高效饵剂、理化一体灯等新型诱捕器,并建立了田间应用技术;建立木虱LED灯和色板诱杀技术、高效饵剂和驱避剂及其推-拉技术和科学精准用药技术;座壳孢菌、玫烟色棒束孢等木虱、粉虱病原微生物资源挖掘、剂型化与微生物农药研制及其田间应用技术。江原钝绥螨等天敌扩繁与释放技术,获批国家发明专利10项,实用新型3项。
