Heyou Han

Professor, PhD


He-You Han, works in Huazhong Agricultural University as professor and mentor of PhD students. Professor Han is executive vice president of graduate school, at the same time. He is the PI of several projects and member of the State Key Laboratory of Agricultural Microbiology. He is the editorial member of Materials Physics and Chemistry, Current Cancer Reports, Journal of Analytical Science and Journal of Light Scattering. He was awarded a membership award from the American Chemical Society as a recognition of engagement with our Society's mission of service to the global community of chemists. He is member of Chinese Chemical Society and Analytical Chemistry Society of Hubei Chemical Society, and executive director of Hubei Chemistry and Chemical Engineering Society.

Professor Han received his B.Sc degree in chemistry from Wuhan University in 1991, and his PhD degree from the same university in 2000. From 2000 to 2004, he did his post-doctoral research in University of Science and Technology of China and Jackson State University, Jackson, U.S.A. He was promoted to professor in 1999 and accepted tutor of PhD students in 2005. 

Professor Han’s Research Directions are Nano-bioanalytical Chemistry, Nano biosensors, Nano targeted treatment of tumor, Antibacterial and Antiviral application of Nano materials. 130 papers published by the first author or corresponding author in Chemical Society Reviews, Nature Communications, Science Advances, Advanced Materials, ACS Nano, Advanced Functional Materials, Analytical Chemistry and other professional journals.
