立德树人

2016年获评湖北省优秀党务工作者。

2018年作为教工党支部书记带领微生物学教工党支部获批创建“全国党建工作样板支部”,并于2020年通过了教育部思政司开展的首批新时代高校党建示范创建和质量创优工作验收。

2019年获评第六届全国青年科普创新实验暨作品大赛重庆赛区优秀指导教师奖。

2020年带领微生物学教研室建成《微生物学》国家级线上一流课程,带领微生物学教学团队获评湖北省级教学团队。

2021年获校教学成果一等奖。

先后多次获得华中农业大学教书育人奖、教学管理奖、教学质量优秀一等奖等荣誉。

先后主持7项省部级、8项校级教研与教改项目,积极开设“双百案例课”中的科研案例课,建立了“基础性-综合性-研究性”等多层次、多模块的实践教学体系。
