学术成绩

围绕土壤生物膜与生态环境效应方向,近年来构建了土壤矿物表面细菌生物膜培养方法及其复合表征技术,为研究土壤生物膜过程及其环境效应提供了方法与平台;阐明了土壤矿物与细菌/EPS 界面反应机理,揭示了土壤矿物表面细菌生物膜形成机制;揭示了土壤矿物-生物膜EPS复合体固定重金属机制,阐明了病原菌在土壤中的存活机制,提出了利用生物膜技术阻控病原菌入侵的新策略。主持了包括国家基金委优秀青年科学基金、科技部重点研发计划课题、教育部霍英东基金等科研项目,入选国家高层次人才特殊支持计划-青年拔尖人才和教育部新世纪优秀人才计划;曾获国际环境生物地球化学学会 Wolf Vishniac奖(2013年)、中国土壤学会优秀青年学者奖(2010年)和全国优秀博士学位论文奖(2009年)。迄今已发表论文100余篇,其中SCI论文90余篇,作为第一作者和通讯作者在《npj Biofilms and Microbiomes》、《Environmental Science & Technology》、《Environment International》、《Water Research》、《Soil Biology & Biochemistry》等环境科学和土壤学领域知名期刊上发表研究论文46篇,被SCI他引1900余次,h因子28。担任J Soil SedimentSoil Ecol LettFront Microbiol、《农业资源与环境学报》等期刊编委。

2015年获华中农业大学研究生指导教师“教书育人奖”,2019年获华中农业大学教学质量一等奖和华中农业大学优秀共产党员。
